Lady Gaga on 11.23.09--by far the most intense event I've ever worked for UMG!
She was an incredibly sweet Lady, personalizing autographs for EVERYONE and giving out hugs and kisses for waiting so long (her line started lining up 12 hours before the event was actually planned to start...damn!)
